About Your Inspector

Ryan Thibeault (pronounced Tee-Bow) was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and has lived in several areas of town spanning from Middleburg to the Beaches. After graduating from Florida State College of Jacksonville, Ryan spent time in sales which eventually lead him to becoming a realtor. Over his years of selling real estate, Ryan learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry while helping people buy and sell their homes. During his time as a realtor, Ryan was always drawn to the inspection and building side of the business. He is now dedicated to helping clients learn more about the houses he inspects for them. Licensed by the State of Florida, Ryan is certified through the esteemed InterNACHI training program. Ryan, his wife, and 2 girls now reside in Neptune Beach where they enjoy hanging out at the beach with friends and getting outside.
