Lou Prinzi, First Choice Building Inspections

Lou Prinzi, First Choice Building Inspections

I’m Lou Prinzi of First Choice Building Inspections, Inc. FCBI has been providing quality home inspection services in Northeast Florida since 1997. Homes have been inspected from St. Augustine to Fernandina Beach and all points in between, including Clay and Flagler Counties with thousands of happy, satisfied clients.

Here’s Just A Little About Me – I was initially trained by attending The Inspection Experts – Boca Raton Training Institute in 1997. August 1997, First Choice Building Inspections opened for business, and we have been going and growing strong ever since.

I’m fully licensed in Florida and certified through ASHI and FABIClick here to verify my ASHI Certification

What you do want is experience and training! With thousands of inspections performed, a minimum of 20 hours training each year, and adherence to the FABI & ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, what I will tell you is that if you give me the opportunity to help protect you from buying a Money Pit, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Being ASHI and FABI certified is a process that only seasoned, experienced and knowledgeable inspectors can obtain. Just being licensed is not enough. Some inspectors have gotten their home inspector license simply because they were licensed in a different profession. However, being certified through ASHI and FABI adds a higher level of professionalism. So watch out!
